Grevy's Zebra - Invitation Card

The Endangered Species portfolio, created in 1983, collects prints that are among the most important works of Warhol.

These ten prints are the result of a conversation about the problems of ecology between Warhol himself and art dealers Ronald and Frayda Feldman, longtime political and environmental activists. The artist, being himself a lover of animals, decides to make ten prints representing each species in danger of extinction. 

Since its creation, the portfolio has been exhibited in numerous exhibitions in different parts of the world.
