Refund policy

If Approved we will process the refund within 7-10 days & it will be credited to the original payment method in 12-15days.

The Exchanged or Replaced product will be delivered with in 15-20 days (
subject to availability)

At The Designera, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork we offer, we have established the following return policy:

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork to ensure it arrives safely at your location. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged due to transportation, we will offer a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please include photographs of the damage and the packaging.
Return Authorization: Once we review your claim, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for items damaged in transit.
We don't accept the return until the product receive is damaged.
Within 2 days we accept the returns.

Non-Damaged Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our artwork, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged. All sales are final once the artwork leaves our gallery. We encourage you to carefully review all product details and ensure the piece meets your expectations before making a purchase.


Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed, you cannot cancel your order. In case of any issues or queries, you can write to us at corporate@thedesignera.inand we’ll help you out.
