The moon has always been a mystical figure in every mythology. Some called it the brother of the sun while others called it god of time, and sometimes it became the beckoning of the creatures of night but one thing remained same, no matter what people always revered it and asked for his blessing. Fenil shah always had a fascination for geography and geology as he delved deeper into the study of rock he hit mythology and religion of primordial forces of nature. This universal bereavement of the moon got him to think how the moon, even with craters all across its landscape was still worshiped.

An ode to imperfection in perfection Fenil creates this piece, as a glorification of each crater as a scar on its surface similar to scars of a warrior on the path of survival.
