“Hair Full of Secrets” is an alluring piece depicting a woman with an oversized hat, seemingly hiding behind it, with hushed lips. The title is a literal play on the famous phrase ‘her hair is so big because it’s filled with secrets’. Both the pieces in this series use complementary colours. In this case, the colour palette is restricted to red and green.

This series is limited edition producing only 50 prints.

about the artist

Abhishek Kalyanpurkar is a self-taught artist from Mumbai who claims to be in a serious love affair with design. With over a decade of experience in illustrations, Kalyanpurkar has developed a unique style of creating using geometric forms and vibrant colours to tell intriguing stories. A large part of Kalyanpurkar’s work is inspired from his love for Indian mythological stories and characters. Although some of his stories are from our ancient Indian history, all his pieces carry a contemporary, pop art finish.
